What we do

  • Tell us which item or vendor you need pricing from — we’ll handle the communication and send the trade pricing your way.

  • Once you approve the quote, we’ll send over the invoice so you can pay the vendor directly.

  • When the vendor ships your order, we’ll pass along any tracking updates they provide.

  • If issues arise — like damages or replacement needs — we’ll help facilitate communication with the vendor’s support or claims department.

    Please note: We’re here to assist with vendor coordination, but we don’t manage shipping timelines, production delays, or the resolution of claims. Our role is to make the process smoother — not to oversee logistics.
