If issues arise — like damages or replacement needs — we’ll help facilitate communication with the vendor’s support or claims department.
Please note: We’re here to assist with vendor coordination, but we don’t manage shipping timelines, production delays, or the resolution of claims. Our role is to make the process smoother — not to oversee logistics.
