Once you approve the quote, we’ll send over the invoice so you can pay the vendor directly.

When the vendor ships your order, we’ll pass along any tracking updates they provide.

If issues arise — like damages or replacement needs — we’ll help facilitate communication with the vendor’s support or claims department.
Please note: We’re here to assist with vendor coordination, but we don’t manage shipping timelines, production delays, or the resolution of claims. Our role is to make the process smoother — not to oversee logistics.
